ABC News (Australia) punkished a detailed article by AP on the April presidency of the U.N. Security Council, and the Orwellian use it has been making of its one-month presidency of the Council during April.

One of the highlights will come on April 24 when Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov will lead a session described in tge ABC article as follows:
